“It rests entirely with us how quickly we progress: whether we allow interference in our Divine mission; whether we accept the manifestation of interference (called disease) and let it limit and injure our bodies; or whether we, as children of God, use these to establish us the more firmly in our purpose.” – Dr. Edward Bach

In her best-selling book “You can heal your life”, Louise Hay made popular the concept that there are deeper “issues” beneath our illnesses. These issues need to be addressed to achieve a full healing. All too often our society’s approach to illness has been to treat the symptoms. If the symptoms are gone, we think we are healthy….until the next “unfortunate” attack of disease.

Many well-respected natural therapists and healers look to a deeper cause when they are treating a disease. Not only do they consider the physical cause (such as Dr. Bernard Jensen’s teachings that “All disease begins in the bowel”); but they also look to any emotional or spiritual issues that may be creating disharmony within us, and sowing the seeds for disease.

One of the most highly respected vibrational remedies for returning us to a “core” connection with ourselves and our own Divinity is the Bach Flower Remedies (created by Dr. Edward Bach).

Which of the 38 Bach Flower remedies is right for you at this time? Make up little cards with the numbers “1” to “38” on them. Put the cards into a bowl or hat. Ask for guidance as to what Flower remedy is right for you today, then reach in and intuitively choose one of the cards. If you don’t have the Bach Flower remedies, you can ask the qualities of that flower to be with you that day “in spirit”, and witness how the vibration of that flower helps you to heal the particular area of your life you have been led to work with.
